Sometimes people also reach out for support, not feeling sure about what it that is getting in their way of living the life they want to live. I offer support and education to family members, friends and caregivers of loved ones who are suffering from mental health, addictions, dementia or other neurological conditions who are having difficulties providing care or knowing how to support. I have witnessed the effects of caregiver burnout, and also the challenges for the individual living with a neurological condition and or dementia. This can be a confusing and stressful journey in witnessing the effects of mental health and or disease on our loved ones. I draw upon some of my direct past experiences with client and family care, along with my mental health and dementia care trainings.
